• Payment status (payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers)

• Operate the league — manage rosters, schedules, standings, and player profiles
• Send you account, registration, payment, and match-related notifications by email and SMS

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send text messages about registration, payment reminders, match and schedule updates, and league announcements. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described below exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the league (for example, our SMS provider Twilio, our email provider, and our payment processor) solely so they can perform services on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary. We keep your information for as long as you are an active participant in the league or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for participants 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
