These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Crescent Football League ("CFL", "we", "us") and your use of our website and communications, including our SMS notification program described below.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Crescent Football League Notifications.

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from the Crescent Football League related to registration reminders, payment reminders, match and schedule notifications, roster updates, and general league announcements.

How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and entering your mobile number when you register on cflpdx.com, or by giving the league your express consent to be added.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. The CFL does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may receive an additional message confirming your opt-out.

Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for or participating in the league. For information on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing.

Registration & Payments

You agree to provide accurate registration information. League fees are described at the time of registration. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of the league administration.

Conduct

Participants agree to follow league rules and to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect. The league may remove participants for conduct that endangers others or undermines the integrity of the competition.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
